Overall we found it helpful and learned a lot from the class. The biggest challenge for us is finding a happy medium between our online boutique and our mobile boutique. We don't do a lot of discounting in our truck but know that you need strong price point messages for online marketing. Prior to this class our email marketing was driven around new product coming into the truck and where we would be with the truck. Now after your class we've changed our message to be more global ... focusing around product first, making sure to thank our customers and making our messages more customer centric.

Working with Nickelle was such a great experience and I am so grateful our paths crossed. After our first 1-1 chat (Free 30 min. Consultation) I knew immediately I wanted to get into the master class but I had missed the start by 2 weeks and had to wait. I knew by the questions that the Weekes' asked that they knew their stuff when it came to running an online boutique. They were questions that no one had asked me before. They gave me a few ideas and quick tips that day but I had to wait for the next time the class was offered.

From our first phone call I have been able to take the things Tom & Nickelle have told me, implement that into my business and see successes. My business has gone from an online order every now and then to this weekend (April 2018) where I had more online sales via my website than I did all in all of the 10 months before that call and the master class.

We are thankful for the opportunity to work with Nickelle and Tom. We were at a pivotal moment in growing our business and they gave us the tools, knowledge, and support to take our business to the next level. We were in our 8th month in our business and had just taken the leap to start a website, thanks to their encouragement on our free call with them. Overall, Nickelle and Tom taught us to start figuring out how our business could work for our family. We now have a rental space for to run our online business out of, instead of our home, and have also recently hired 2 employees, which has allowed us to spend more time with our family. Nickelle and Tom have helped us in working on achieving a work-life balance. They are not all about business, they truly care about you as individuals with marriages and families. I hastily jumped on an opportunity to purchase an existing but very young boutique without having any knowledge of the industry.  Honestly I thought I could purchase and sale clothing in my sleep.  It wasn’t long before I knew I was in way over my head and I desperately needed help.  I began researching everything I felt I needed to know and quickly became overwhelmed with all the conflicting information.  I also realized I had no idea what I didn’t know and need to.  

Working with Tom and Nickelle has been a true blessing.  They’ve not only been a wealth of information, which they gained through their personal experience, but they’ve been a great source of encouragement and stick-to-it-iveness.  We all know this industry can be daunting and discouraging when we don’t have realistic goals and visions on top of little to no knowledge.  They’ve been great at assisting me with goals and visions all the while providing me with the knowledge I need for the moment/task.  They have forced/encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and really put myself out there.  Which in turn has produced a great deal of personal growth.  

It’s one thing for us to notice our own personal growth but it’s something entirely different when someone else notices.  And those around will; it happened for me.  I have not only gained a deeper knowledge about the different aspects of Shopify, Facebook, Instagram and Email marketing but I have learned the whys.  This in turn has given me the bigger picture which is a absolutely necessary for the visual person, me.  I can’t even imagine where I’d be currently had I not partnered with Tom and Nickelle!  I am forever grateful for their passion and desire to pass along their knowledge and experience with others.

The Master Class has changed my business and the way that I think about it.  Before, I was building my boutique on what I "thought" I should be doing from what I know, what I've learned through trial and error, and what I've pulled from free information such as blogs, podcasts, library books, and Facebook groups. 

However, I knew that I was at a point where I wanted more than that, and I wanted to learn how to build a sustainable business from others who had done what I wanted to do- build an online boutique.  The first month after taking the Master Class and applying just a small part of what I learned, I have seen my sales more than triple from the slow month I had before, and more than double my monthly average.  My email list has grown, and I learned what and how to market my boutique in a friendly and consistent way.  

I enjoyed having access to all of the information at one time and being able to work through it as I was able.  The ability to implement what I learned as I went along helped me to better grasp the information that I was learning.  It was presented in a way that was easy to understand, and the printables that were provided were helpful to reference during and after the class.  I enjoyed the ability to pause the videos to take notes or make changes to my processes or setup.  Having the capability to move at my own pace allowed me to make changes as quickly as I wanted.  

If you have searched to learn that you can find and are still wanting or needing to grow in your boutique business, I would recommend the Master Class with Tom and Nickelle.  They use their past experience to help others learn and grow, but they are also constantly learning and growing in order to help their clients be the best they can be.  They are easy and fun to work with, and always give more than required or expected.

I opened my Boutique, Hattie And Grace, in May of this year. (2017) From the beginning, I had big dreams for it. As a mother of 5 young kids and with my husband and I both in school full time, I needed something that could help support our busy family. I have been doing everything I have known to do this whole time, but felt like things weren’t growing despite my greatest efforts. I felt stuck and wanted my business to continue growing, but didn’t know how.

I feel so blessed and humbled to be learning from the best and for the difference it has made for my business. We have absolutely loved working with Nickelle & Tom! Not only have they worked with us on achieving our personal goals, but they have also helped us set & reach new goals we didn’t realize we had when we first set out on this journey. They are so amazing to work with and have walked us through so many tutorials step by step, going out of their way to make sure we are understanding everything! 

Nickelle has really poured her heart and soul into our little business and reaches out to us frequently and is constantly giving us tips to help improve in places we didn't know needed improvement.
