By ordering from the My Boutique University or requesting to be invoiced via Paypal, you automatically agree & acknowledge all Terms & Conditions. Failure to review the following information before ordering is not grounds for a refund. These Terms & Conditions shall apply in respect to all My Boutique Business & My Boutique University products & services.

My Boutique Business & My Boutique University makes no promises on increased business sales or increased business growth. The success of the client rests solely on the client; My Boutique Business & My Boutique University assumes no responsibility for the future results of client’s business.

Intellectual Property Clause

My Boutique Business & My Boutique University may make changes to any product or services offered, or to the prices thereof, at any time, without notice. All transactions will be either invoiced via PayPal or handled through the website My Boutique University & are processed in USD. If Customer chooses to pay by monthly payment plans on select Classes / Memberships, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the Customer`s credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.

 

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

 

 

My Boutique Business & My Boutique University seeks out only serious business owners who want to take their business to the next level. My Boutique Business & My Boutique University is 100% confident in their teaching abilities and video content.

Due to the instant digital content, a refund on Classes will not be granted because you did not try, got too busy, overwhelmed, had unexpected expense occur, husband voiced that you should have not bought it, buyer’s remorse, or you got sick.

 

 

Usage of My Boutique Business & My Boutique University’s products or services does not transfer ownership of My Boutique Business & My Boutique University intellectual property to the customer. Sharing the intellectual property will result in the cancellation of your service and/or terminated membership to the purchased classes without refund.

 

My Boutique University Classes are for ONE client and one client only. Sharing of your log-in is a big no-no, and can and will result in dismissal of your access without a refund. It will also result in your inability to purchase more classes from My Boutique Business and My Boutique University, not to mention the bad karma.

 

Master Classes are available for up to One Year from the time of purchase. Mini Classes and all other classes are available for up to 6 Months from the time of purchase.
