I grew up in Idaho and I'm the 3rd out of 4 siblings. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. All of us at one point or another - or currently are entrepreneurs and are self employed.  My parents are both extremely creative, hard working and enjoy serving & helping others . We were all taught at an early age if we didn't know how to do something you don't give up - you figure it out by reading, research & trial 'n error. 

I've always had an Entrepreneurial Heart. I started mowing lawns my Freshman year & continued through my High School years and after, along with other P/T jobs that I could do after school & on the weekends. Mowing lawns was Fun & just made total sense to me... I mean, I got exercise and built muscle, (I had a push mower ;) got a Tan AND got Paid for doing it! - What more could a girl want - right?!?  My Passion is working, problem solving, challenging myself and others by learning new things, helping others be where they want to be, reading books and most importantly making memories with my Family!   - xo

TOM WEEKES

Life Performance Architect (LPA) -   Working with Individuals, Couples, Families, Groups and Small Business' / Corporations to identify & analyze performance gaps that keep people & businesses from reaching their goals and full potential. Then establishing  performance standards & aiding in design, changes, implementation and evaluating measures to achieve a successful outcome.

As a First Generation graduate he did it right & went all the way in! Graduating with Honors in 2014, Accompanied with a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Psychology and a minor in English. He is currently working on completing his Masters in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL), both Degrees obtained from Boise State University. 

Tom grew up in Idaho and Washington. He has several stories and adventures to tell about his days & nights playing in the Rain Forest while living in Forks.  No, no vampires... (Twilight) however, the house tour that was used for Bella's house was the one that he lived in for part of his childhood. 

He is the 2nd of 4 siblings, 2 brothers and 1 sister. (the opposite of me!) He grew up on a farm full of cattle and learned how to work hard.  He also played Football, Basketball & participated in Track in High School.  In 1994 he served a two year mission for our Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Toronto, Canada. He loved his mission and talks about it frequently - still to this day. He learned 40 different languages (not fluently) along with respecting each culture and the food they had to offer!  

Tom loves to cook, teach, work, serve & help others and is always learning new things.  He listens to audio books like a mad man. Tom amazes me with his Knowledge and his talent to connect with people on a deeper level.  With this deeper level it challenges me and others to think outside of the "norm" and look at things differently. Which is a Wonderful Gift and Asset to this Business and Yours!
