I hastily jumped on an opportunity to purchase an existing but very young boutique without having any knowledge of the industry.  Honestly I thought I could purchase and sale clothing in my sleep.  It wasn’t long before I knew I was in way over my head and I desperately needed help.  I began researching everything I felt I needed to know and quickly became overwhelmed with all the conflicting information.  I also realized I had no idea what I didn’t know and need to.  

Working with Tom and Nickelle has been a true blessing.  They’ve not only been a wealth of information, which they gained through their personal experience, but they’ve been a great source of encouragement and stick-to-it-iveness.  We all know this industry can be daunting and discouraging when we don’t have realistic goals and visions on top of little to no knowledge.  They’ve been great at assisting me with goals and visions all the while providing me with the knowledge I need for the moment/task.  They have forced/encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and really put myself out there.  Which in turn has produced a great deal of personal growth.  

It’s one thing for us to notice our own personal growth but it’s something entirely different when someone else notices.  And those around will; it happened for me.  I have not only gained a deeper knowledge about the different aspects of Shopify, Facebook, Instagram and Email marketing but I have learned the whys.  This in turn has given me the bigger picture which is a absolutely necessary for the visual person, me.  I can’t even imagine where I’d be currently had I not partnered with Tom and Nickelle!  I am forever grateful for their passion and desire to pass along their knowledge and experience with others.  

We have absolutely loved working with Nickelle & Tom! Not only have they worked with us on achieving our personal goals, but they have also helped us set & reach new goals we didn’t realize we had when we first set out on this journey. They are so amazing to work with and have walked us through so many tutorials step by step, going out of their way to make sure we are understanding everything! 

Nickelle has really poured her heart and soul into our little business and reaches out to us frequently and is constantly giving us tips to help improve in places we didn't know needed improvement. She has really opened our eyes to see the potential our boutique has. Our business has grown and our sales have increased since we first began working with them, and we can hands down say this has come from the one on one time with them as well as their master classes.

We walked down this path unsure of how they would be able to help optimize our business from afar, but they outdid themselves. Whether it is 1pm or 1am, Nickelle is there for her clients. Her and Tom both have incredible customer service and are so easy to talk with. 3 months ago we had no idea we would create such a great friendship with the two of them, alongside working with them to hit goals we set for ourselves but were struggling to achieve. I know this is a friendship that will last, and not just one that is here while we work together. We are truly so thankful to have stumbled across their business on Facebook!

 

 

Working One on One with Nickelle was the perfect next step for my online business. I've learned a lot and research a lot but I really needed the accountability of one-on-one. Nickelle could really get in deep with me and my specific business which cannot always happen in a group program (no matter how great it is). Also she could see things and recommend things that I didn't even think of. It was a great experience and I was able to see what I am needing to do next to keep my online business growing.
