I opened my Boutique, Hattie And Grace, in May of this year. (2017) From the beginning, I had big dreams for it. As a mother of 5 young kids and with my husband and I both in school full time, I needed something that could help support our busy family. I have been doing everything I have known to do this whole time, but felt like things weren’t growing despite my greatest efforts. I felt stuck and wanted my business to continue growing, but didn’t know how.

Since starting the course, I have been able to get the help and tools I needed to cross my plateau. In their Master Class, Nickelle and Tom have taught me the fundamentals of email marketing, the ins and outs of social media, business processes, SEO, and much more. Before the course, I was focused on growing my FB group. It wasn’t until I started learning from Tom and Nickelle that I realized FB owned my customers, not me. I have since switched my focus to email marketing and have seen huge results already! In a month of implementing the changes I’ve learned through the Master Class, my total sales have increased 354%, total online store visits increased 56%, and total orders are up 313%!! I feel so blessed and humbled to be learning from the best and for the difference it has made for my business. No other class I have ever taken compares to the depth of knowledge and genuine desire to help that Nickelle and Tom share. I am so grateful.

 

We have absolutely loved working with Nickelle & Tom! Not only have they worked with us on achieving our personal goals, but they have also helped us set & reach new goals we didn’t realize we had when we first set out on this journey. They are so amazing to work with and have walked us through so many tutorials step by step, going out of their way to make sure we are understanding everything! 

Nickelle has really poured her heart and soul into our little business and reaches out to us frequently and is constantly giving us tips to help improve in places we didn't know needed improvement. She has really opened our eyes to see the potential our boutique has. Our business has grown and our sales have increased since we first began working with them, and we can hands down say this has come from the one on one time with them as well as their master classes.

We walked down this path unsure of how they would be able to help optimize our business from afar, but they outdid themselves. Whether it is 1pm or 1am, Nickelle is there for her clients. Her and Tom both have incredible customer service and are so easy to talk with. 3 months ago we had no idea we would create such a great friendship with the two of them, alongside working with them to hit goals we set for ourselves but were struggling to achieve. I know this is a friendship that will last, and not just one that is here while we work together. We are truly so thankful to have stumbled across their business on Facebook!
